Visualizing the Sound of Climate Change
Visit websiteThe exhibition “Ablazione Sonora” recounts the story of 24 hours ice melting activity on the Adamello glacier through its laments, recorded during the summer of 2021 with the use of four bioacoustic recorders.
The installation — featured in the 2022 edition of Ars Electronica in Linz — was designed following the visual identity, in order to show the scientific data in an engaging and emotional way, thus allowing for an unprecedented point of view on the implications of climate change on fragile ecosystems.
